Skowronek raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bo is defended easily by Skowronek.#TD2# Skowronek closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. #SUB2# Skowronek is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bo has escaped the position, nice work there. Skowronek tries to advance to mount but can't. Skowronek working the head with strikes. #T1# Bo is looking for a sweep. Bo is working hard here to advance position. Skowronek lands an elbow. Skowronek content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Bo gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Skowronek raining down shots from the mount!#SUB2# Skowronek is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Bo has managed to escape the submission attempt.
#T2# Bo wants to hold on but Skowronek pushes him away. Skowronek lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Skowronek can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bo is looking to escape. #T3# Bo is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Skowronek wants to finish this one by submission but Bo is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Skowronek. Bo sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Skowronek performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Skowronek prevents Bo from improving his position.#T4# Skowronek with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Bo tries to roll over but Skowronek keeps him under control. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Skowronek is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Bo won't allow Skowronek to pass to mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Bo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Skowronek as he jumps to the side. Skowronek has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Skowronek throws a head kick that half lands.

Skowronek controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Skowronek is continuing to stall. Skowronek looking to pass the guard. Bo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. Skowronek lands with a slapping head kick. Bo looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Some wild striking there from Skowronek.
#T3# Bo fails to land the takedown. Bo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Skowronek darts in looking for a takedown but Bo gets double underhooks and turns Skowronek into the cage. Bo seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Bo tries to clinch but Skowronek moves out of range. #TD# A momentary lapse in concentration from Skowronek enables Bo to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Skowronek manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.#ES2# The fighters are working up against the cage. Skowronek manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.#BC# Bo breaks the clinch.

Bo misses the shot to the body. #T4# Skowronek throws a nice outside leg kick. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Skowronek tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Skowronek connects with a leg kick. Bo looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Skowronek moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Bo throws a head kick that misses and Skowronek counters with a one-two to the body. #CL# Bo instigates a clinch. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Bo jumps guard but Skowronek stands there with Bo around his waist. Bo gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Piotr Skowronek showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Kieran Bo's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round! #R3##TD# Skowronek gets caught napping as Bo dives in and scores a takedown. Skowronek manages to retain guard.#ES2# Skowronek kicks Bo off and gets to his feet. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bo. Skowronek changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Bo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Skowronek sprawls well. Skowronek wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bo gets slowly back to his feet.#T1##TD# Bo darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.#ES2# Skowronek kicks Bo off and gets back to his feet. Both fighters are breathing heavily.#TD# Bo drives through with a takedown into guard. Skowronek trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Skowronek is trying to control the position from the bottom.
#T2# Skowronek doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Skowronek trying to control the position.
#T3# Skowronek tries to land a sweep but no joy. Skowronek keeping moving, preventing Bo from controlling successfully. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Bo wants to get up but he can't break Skowronek's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. #REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Skowronek fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Skowronek looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.#CL# Bo has managed to clinch.

Skowronek is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Bo is defending well. Kieran Bo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Piotr Skowronek.#BC# Bo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Bo connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Skowronek's hands.#CL# Bo has taken the fight to the clinch.

Bo throwing short punches from the bottom. Kieran Bo has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Piotr Skowronek is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.#SUB# Bo is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Skowronek defends well.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kieran Bo. I think Skowronek has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
