The fighters circling - Draski throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Draski throws a series of punches but Bacolod moves out of range. Nice body punch from Draski. Bacolod shoots in and drives through. Draski sprawls well. Bacolod on the wrong end of a nice jab.#CUT2#It looks like Jingky Bacolod has been cut. Bacolod shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Draski but Draski pushes him off and we're back to square one. Draski wants to counter with a clinch but Bacolod pushes him away. Bacolod takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Draski throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Draski looks to score with a jab to the body but Bacolod is just out of range. A punch combination from Draski misses. Draski lands with a shot to the body. Bacolod is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Draski scores with a hook to the body. Bacolod takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Bacolod takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Draski has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Draski swinging wildly here.
Bacolod was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Jab by Draski.#CL# Bacolod pushes Draski up against the cage in a clinch. Draski lands a knee to the head.

Bacolod blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Our sources have told us that Bacolod has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. Draski pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Bacolod goes for a takedown attempt but Draski pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jingky Bacolod. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bacolod shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Draski pinned against the cage. Draski gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. #T2# Bacolod fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bacolod sets himself, and Draski steps forward looking for the clinch! Bacolod avoids it this time. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Draski listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. A nice combination there by Draski.
Draski fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bacolod manages to avoid it. Draski throws a combination that misses and Bacolod counters with a nice low kick that buckles Draski's knee momentarily. Draski throws a body shot but no joy. Bacolod tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Draski defends well and Bacolod ends up having to push Draski into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Bacolod goes for a takedown attempt but Draski pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Draski goes for a small jab and connects. Now Draski goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Bacolod stumbles back but Draski runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Bacolod to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Bacolod will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

#R1# Thayer takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Thayer takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Thayer uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Lamez. Lamez connects with a right hand. Thayer shakes it off. Thayer steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Lamez. A swing and a miss from Lamez. Lamez connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Nice takedown defense from Lamez. No joy for Thayer on that attempt. Scottie Lamez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Good standup being displayed there by Lamez as he connects with a hook. Lamez paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Donk. Lamez catches Thayer right on the button with a cross. Thayer fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lamez avoids it really well and circles away. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.#TD2# Thayer changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lamez looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Lamez has one of Thayer's arms on lockdown, trying to prevent him from doing any damage. You can see the frustration on Lamez's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.#T1# The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lamez is holding Thayer down, trying to stall. Lamez can't do much from the bottom here. Lamez isn't going anywhere.#SUB2# Thayer is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Lamez is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Lamez controls the position for a moment. Masten has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Adesanya pulls out of a head kick attempt.
