Spartan is pressed up against the cage. Nutz has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Spartan down to the mat. Spartan avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Nutz throws a leg kick that misses. Spartan was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Spartan darts in looking for a takedown but Nutz gets double underhooks and turns Spartan into the cage. Nutz tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD2# Nutz turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Spartan definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. We've been hearing reports that Rambo has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Lamez is pressed up against the cage.
