He pushes Alejandra off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Mitch throws a series of punches but Alejandra moves out of range. Alejandra throws the left hand but Mitch avoids the punch easily.#CL# Mitch closes the distance and clinches. Alejandra takes an elbow to the temple. #BC# Mitch's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mitch fails to land the takedown. Despite the aggression on Alejandra's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Mitch tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Alejandra swivels and escapes. Alejandra throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Alejandra looks for a takedown but Mitch sprawls well.#TD2# Alejandra dives in and scores a takedown into Mitch's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.#T1# Alejandra trying to control the position from guard on top but Mitch is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mitch pulls Alejandra in close to prevent any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mitch is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR##T2# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Alejandra wants to control but Mitch is keeping busy.

No luck for Mitch with that takedown attempt. #T3# Horrible takedown attempt by Alejandra or perhaps it was just good defense by Mitch, which made it look bad. Mitch went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Alejandra looks winded! Mitch throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

He's got hold of a leg but Alejandra swivels and escapes. Mitch looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Alejandra is fending him off so far but Mitch persists. Nope, Alejandra circles away and we're back to standing. Mitch drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Mitch has one foot on Alejandra's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. This has been an exciting period of action! Mitch shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Alejandra as he avoids it easily. #CL# Mitch closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Mitch lands a body punch in the clinch. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

#BC2# The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Alejandra breaks the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mitch pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Alejandra wants to clinch.#T1# Mitch lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. #CL# Mitch closes the distance and clinches.#TD# Mitch jumps guard and drags Alejandra to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Mitch wants to stand and escape but Alejandra is having none of it. Mitch controls Alejandra momentarily but Alejandra frees himself. Alejandra really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mitch. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#ES# Mitch manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.#BC# Mitch pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.#T2# Alejandra doesn't succeed with the takedown letting Mitch counter with a right hand. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mitch is defended easily by Alejandra. Mitch really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Alejandra works over Mitch's head and body with a nice combination. This has been an exciting period of action!#CL# Mitch fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Alejandra, pushing him back against the cage. Alejandra wants to take the fight to the mat but Mitch manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Mitch tries for a takedown but Alejandra manages to get underhooks.

Alejandra is now in Mitch's guard. Mitch trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Alejandra must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Alejandra slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Mitch will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Alejandra with the counter takedown but Mitch avoids it easily. Mitch goes for a takedown in the clinch but Alejandra prevents it.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Alejandra blocks a body shot from Mitch. Jessica Alejandra has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Sav Mitch is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Mitch changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Alejandra fights it off and pushes away nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! Jessica Alejandra comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Mitch has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. #R1##TD# Nicolas drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Nicolas knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Strasser on the ground. Nicolas throws a strike but Strasser rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. #REVB##SUB# Nicolas working for submissions but it's allowed Strasser to get to half guard.
#SUB2# Strasser is looking for a kimura but Nicolas is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Strasser to get the leverage. Nicolas tries to roll over but Strasser keeps him under control. Strasser wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nicolas keeps working. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nicolas trying to control from the bottom.
Strasser is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Strasser is looking to advance position but Nicolas won't allow it. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Nicolas is trying to stand up here but Strasser is controlling him well. Strasser works his way into side control. Nicolas wants to control but Strasser postures up. Strasser has knee on belly and moves into mount. Nicolas is wriggling around trying to escape.

Oh, that's hurt him - Nicolas falls to the canvas and Strasser follows him into side control. #ROC2#Nicolas is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! Samuel keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Frost thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frost has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Frost is squeezing on Samuel like an anaconda would it's prey. Samuel fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

#R1# The fighters circling - Achebe throws out the jab but it was never going to land. The Spartan went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Achebe moves out of range of the body kick. The Spartan throws a half hearted mid kick. Achebe takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Aeric The Spartan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The Spartan fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Achebe looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Achebe tries to bum rush The Spartan with a series of wild strikes but The Spartan uses good footwork to avoid the assault. The Spartan misses with a leg kick #TD2# and Achebe counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Achebe. Achebe showing good wrestling skills to control the position. The Spartan wants to stand up but Achebe is controlling him. Achebe works a leg free and moves into half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Achebe lands a nice short elbow. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Achebe scoring with strikes to the body and head. Achebe connects with a nice short shot to The Spartan's temple. Achebe has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The Spartan looks like he's trying to stand up.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if The Spartan tries to get out of the position. The Spartan is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Achebe postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. The Spartan looks a forlorn figure.

Achebe landing strikes from the mount and The Spartan is in trouble! #T4# Achebe loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have The Spartan scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Achebe land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Achebe stands and salutes the crowd.

Magulov tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Fox easily slips into full mount! #SU2# Fox gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!#T2##TD# Magulov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Fox was covering up waiting for the punch and Magulov finishes the takedown easily into guard. Fox pushes Magulov off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Fox tries to clinch but Magulov moves out of range. #CL2# Fox closes the distance and clinches.#BC# Magulov escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
