and Mode counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Mode misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Justin Reyes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mode slips a jab and a cross from Reyes.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Justin Reyes. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Reyes, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. #R1# Manning lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sann circles away quickly and effectively. Manning scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Sann throws a push kick but Manning slaps the foot to one side. Sann with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Manning to score with a decent uppercut. Manning avoids the head kick by Sann.
Manning lands a nice looking body shot.
Manning moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Manning ducks down and throws a hook to the body. We've been told by Manning's head coaches at The Shit-house that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Sann takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Manning throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sann stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Manning ducks down and throws a hook to the body. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Manning throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Sann takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Manning scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.#T1# Manning lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Sann at a distance.

Manning throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Sann on the side of the head. A looping hook to the body misses from Manning. Sann does a little dance to reset his feet. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A right-left combo lands from Manning. #ROC# Sann is rocked!#T2# Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Manning, as that shot connected.

This has been an exciting period of action! A short right from Justice on the inside. A nice glancing elbow lands by Justice. John has Justice pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. #TD2# Mode closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Mode lands in his opponent's guard. Mode slips nicely into half guard. Ojeda tries to get to full guard but Mode has control of the leg. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mode controlling the action here. Mode throwing shots but Ojeda is blocking nicely. #T1# Mode slows the pace down in half guard. Let's hope that Mode has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Mode. Sann will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Rokowski can do anything to dispel that myth. Psina content to control the pace. A big left from Rokowski misses. Jackson throws a counter combo. Jackson throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Rokowski counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Jackson on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Nice shot by Rokowski. Jackson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Rokowski sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Sann throws a right and a left that Barkley avoids nicely. Barkley steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Sann. Charles Barkley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Barkley throws a nice inside leg kick. #TD2# Barkley scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Barkley looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Barkley looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books!
