#R1# Grishin smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Quick with a lazy takedown attempt and Grishin counters with a straight right hand. Quick closes the distance but Grishin moves to the side and Grishin counters with a good low kick that Quick was not able to check. Quick throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Grishin counters with a stiff right hand. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Grishin, right into the meat.
#KD# Grishin drops Quick with a nice combination! Grishin dives into Quick's guard, looking to finish!
#ROC# Quick is rocked!#CUT# It looks like Jimmy Quick has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.#SU# Grishin decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Emiliodingko fails with an attempt to clinch.
Segbo throws a body punch but Emiliodingko moves out of range. As Segbo backs off Emiliodingko throws a huge counter combo but Segbo manages to avoid it all. Emiliodingko shoots in for a takedown but Segbo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. A swing and a miss from Emiliodingko. Segbo moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Segbo throws a shot to the body.

Martins trying to control but Macotti flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Martins can't escape the position.
#SUB# Macotti is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Martins knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Martins for a finish. #R1# Araujo throws a chopping leg kick but Ataman manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Araujo misses with a takedown attempt and Ataman counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Araujo tries a low kick but Ataman avoids it. Ataman throws a right and a left that both miss. Ataman darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Araujo fails with the takedown. Ataman keeps the fight on the outside. A jab lands there for Ataman. Araujo doesn't manage to clinch there - Ataman circles away.
Ataman fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Araujo shoots in but no luck this time. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Luiz Araujo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ataman will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ataman darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Ataman stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Sloppy strikes from Ataman. Those never looked like landing. Araujo tries to clinch but Ataman moves away and Araujo takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
