#R1# Vovigton shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Vicious as he avoids it easily. Vicious cracks Vovigton with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Vovigton with a poor takedown and Vicious connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Vovigton misses with a takedown enabling Vicious to counter with a crisp jab. We've been hearing reports that Vicious has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Mikey Vicious has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Colby Vovigton. Vovigton shoots for a takedown but Vicious saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.#CL# Vicious moves into the clinch. A short left from Vicious. Vovigton is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Vovigton hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Arrivederci not landing any meaningful shots this time. Arrivederci wants to pass to mount but Gary is defending the position. Arrivederci sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Gary defending well though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Arrivederci tries to pass the half guard into mount. Gary knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Arrivederci will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Arrivederci's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Gary pushes off an throws an elbow but Arrivederci leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Arrivederci is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Gary to keep the fight standing. Gary lands a damaging elbow. #TD# Arrivederci successfully pulls guard.

Vicious is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Vicious has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Quincy avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Polo Quincy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikey Vicious. Quincy is working Vicious over against the cage. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Vicious has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Vicious has his takedown stuffed and Biggins counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Biggins fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. A jab from Biggins finds it's way through Vicious's defenses. #TD2# Vicious gets the takedown into side control. Biggins tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Vicious sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Vicious dominating with strikes here. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Vovigton is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Vicious scores with a couple of good head shots there.

I was talking to Brazil's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Brazil fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Mjunstedt will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Collier fails in his attempt to clinch. Collier stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Collier wants it to stay on the feet. Mjunstedt has a takedown stuffed.
