Tran shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Wick but Wick pushes him off and we're back to square one. Wick misses the shot to the body. Wick misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
It looked like Tran was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Tran slips under a jab. Tran went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Tran shoots in for a double leg but Wick sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Wick swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Tran needs to keep his hands up - Wick had a free shot at his head there. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wick digs a good hook to Tran's body.

Tran tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wick sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tran somewhat. Wick punishes Tran's body with a nice straight punch. Tran is looking to clinch. Wick looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Tran throws a big counter combination but Wick scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tran looks to land a body kick but Wick moved away. Tran looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Sergio Tran has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Wick scores with a hook to the body. Tran takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
