Russell Rose has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Benjamin Gramlich. Gramlich drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Gramlich is stalling here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gramlich tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Rose just stands there and leans against the cage. Rose is defending well against a takedown attempt.#T1# Rose changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Gramlich fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Henderson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. That was a close second round but I would say that Shane Gallagher will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. Johnson throws a counter combo.#TD# Gallagher gets the takedown into side control. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Johnson is trying to improve his position. Johnson manages to work his way to half guard, despite Gallagher's best efforts. Johnson is pressing down on Gallagher's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.#SUB2# Johnson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gallagher can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shane Gallagher. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lupee lands a left hand that snaps the head of Gallagher backwards. #CUT2# It looks like Shane Gallagher has been cut. Gallagher tries to pull guard but Lupee holds him up against the cage and eventually Gallagher drops back down to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gallagher is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Lupee gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.#TD# Gallagher gets control of Lupee's arms and successfully pulls guard. Gallagher will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Gallagher preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Oh Gallagher is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Lupee arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Gallagher's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
