Buckeye throws a series of punches but Gatavs moves out of range. Gatavs let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Buckeye throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Buckeye looks to land a body kick but Gatavs moved away. As Buckeye backs off Gatavs throws a huge counter combo but Buckeye manages to avoid it all. Buckeye showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gatavs.
A big right from Gatavs misses. Gatavs misses with a hook. Gatavs takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Nice defenses there by Gatavs. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gatavs throws a nice looking combination but Buckeye bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Gatavs ducks right into an uppercut from Buckeye. Buckeye will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Gatavs with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Buckeye to score with a decent uppercut. and Gatavs connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Decent striking displayed by Buckeye there. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Buckeye scores with a hook to the body. Gatavs takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Buckeye connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Gatavs tumbling to the canvas! Buckeye pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Gatavs was done - good stoppage!

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Armstrong Jr has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Armstrong Jr goes for a takedown in the clinch but Shojo prevents it.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Yuki Shojo. I think Shojo has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him. Jett Armstrong Jr spoke after the fight, saying 'The world aint all sunshine & rainbows. Its a mean & nasty place. I dont care how tough you are, it will beat you down to your knees & if you let it. Aint nobody gonna hit as hard as life. But aint about how hard you hit... It's about how hard you can get hit & keep moving forward...'.

MacCumhaill throws a hook to the side of Clegane's head but Clegane sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Clegane drops his hands for a split second and MacCumhaill immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Clegane face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. MacCumhaill follows up with a right hand that knocks Clegane into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

#R1# Donatello looks to land a right hand but Gatavs moved out of range. Gatavs unleashes a big counter combination but Donatello bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Donatello throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Donatello looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Gatavs throws a series of punches but Donatello moves out of range. Donatello scores with a jab. Gatavs acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Donatello pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mario Donatello seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gatavs misses with an uppercut. Donatello saw that one coming. Gatavs changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Donatello steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gatavs. Donatello is looking to counter with head kicks. Donatello misses the body punch and Gatavs counters with a straight punch to the midsection. The fighters circling - Gatavs throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Donatello uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gatavs. Ortais Gatavs is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Donatello closes the distance looking to clinch and Gatavs cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Gatavs slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.#T2# Donatello throws a quick inside leg kick. Gatavs circles away from the clinch attempt.

Gatavs swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.#KD2# Gatavs lands a left and a right that send Donatello crashing to the mat, dazed. Gatavs thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC2# Donatello is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gatavs misses with a looping left. Donatello tries a head kick but it misses.

Oh Donatello is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Donatello shoots in for a double leg but Gatavs sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. It seemed like Gatavs was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Donatello tries to clinch up and Gatavs counters with a crisp right that sends Donatello to the canvas! Gatavs follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
