#R1##TD# A momentary lapse in concentration from Shaforostov enables White Jr to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Shaforostov manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. White Jr throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. White Jr loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. White Jr stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Shaforostov swivels though and keeps the full guard. Shaforostov lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVB# White Jr is pulling down on Shaforostov's head. It's preventing any offense from Shaforostov, at least for the moment. Shaforostov postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White Jr doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

White Jr appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Kevin White Jr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dimitri Shaforostov. Shaforostov scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jab, jab by Shaforostov - just one landing. White Jr really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. White Jr leaves Shaforostov with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
