Goku Son has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Patrick Gresam. Son wants a takedown.
Gresam fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Son tries to score a body lock takedown but Gresam shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Gresam wants a takedown but no success here.

Son has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Gresam is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Gresam is trying to pull guard but Son has him pressed against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Son distracts Gresam with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Son pushing down on Gresam's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Son tries to pass to full mount but Gresam defends it. Son is thwarting Gresam's attempts to control the position.#T4# A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Gresam is not content to let Son control the position. Gresam throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

That was a close second round but I would say that Goku Son will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! It looked like Big was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.#CL# Big rushes Stephens and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Big has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Stephens wants to stall.
Big keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Stephens's efforts to push away. Big wants a takedown but no success here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stephens drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Big gets the underhooks and prevents it.
#TD# Big pulls guard. #T1##SUB2# Stephens drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Stephens jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Stephens working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. Stephens loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stephens trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Big will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Man controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Let's hope that Man has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ivamov trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! #T1##SU2# Man gets to his feet. Ivamov looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! #TD2# Man looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Ivamov pushes Man off but Man dives into side control.

Ivamov really wants to buck Man off and get back to his feet. #T4# Man lands a big shot there that rocks Ivamov but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Man looking to control and managing it successfully. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Man cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Man landing strikes from the mount. Man landing strikes, looking to finish! Man loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Ivamov scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Man land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Man stands and salutes the crowd.

#R1# White fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from White. Zod changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. White misses with a takedown #CL# and Zod counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Zod. Pupan Zod has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dana White. Zod taking a breather.#TD# Zod has White pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Zod pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending White tumbling to the mat - Zod dives into White's guard. Zod is pushing down on White's leg trying to pass to half guard. White is fighting to maintain full guard but Zod has managed to sneak the leg through. White is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SU# Zod decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. White shoots in for a takedown. #R1# Big throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pinezka. Big really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Big throws a head kick that misses. Pinezka jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
