#R1# Richardson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Valentino. Valentino wants to clinch. Richardson appears to be looking for a counter takedown.#TD# Valentino tries to sprawl but Richardson drives through with a takedown into half guard.#ES2# Valentino makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#CL2# Valentino instigates a clinch. Valentino wants to take the fight to the mat but Richardson manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.#BC# Richardson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
#T1# Valentino looks for a takedown but Richardson sprawls well. Richardson is looking to counter punch. Haden Richardson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jonnee Valentino. Valentino gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily #KD# and Richardson counters with a crisp one two that drops Valentino! Richardson thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Valentino to his feet! Valentino is in big trouble!#ROC# Valentino is rocked! Valentino throws a head kick that misses. Richardson seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Richardson checks a leg kick. It looked like Richardson was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Valentino is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Valentino misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.#TD# Richardson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Valentino looks winded!#T2# A lull in the action here as Richardson stalls from top position.#SUB# Richardson tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!#SUB# Richardson is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Valentino has escaped the position, nice work there. Richardson works to advance to full mount. Valentino defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Valentino wants to control but Richardson is having none of it.#SUB# Richardson jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Valentino manages to avoid the submission attempt. #T3##SUB# Richardson is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Valentino looks calm but he's in trouble here. Richardson gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Valentino is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Richardson lets go of the hold and Valentino can pop his arm back in it's socket.
