McQueen is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Watched. Watched throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Watched takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Watched throws a lazy right hand but McQueen sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Watched walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. McQueen checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. McQueen bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Watched's head backwards. McQueen throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Watched lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Watched controlling the position from side mount. McQueen can't do much from the bottom here. With the fighters clinched against the cage, McQueen creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. McQueen's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. McQueen is trying to break the clinch but Watched has him pressed against the cage. Watched misses with a short punch on the inside. Watched tries to throw a body punch but McQueen avoids it by throwing Watched back against the cage. McQueen is trying to break the clinch but Watched is controlling him. McQueen is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Watched is looking to control McQueen's arms but McQueen gets an underhook and turns him. Now Watched has his back to the cage. Watched can't find room to land a body shot as McQueen controls the action.

Daerji fails with the takedown and Wolf-Fang counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Daerji looks winded! Wolf-Fang is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Daerji. Wolf-Fang cracks a nice hook into Daerji's ribs. Wolf-Fang throws a sloppy head kick and Daerji moves out of range easily. Wolf-Fang scores with a body shot.
#CL# Wolf-Fang gets a clinch. Wolf-Fang is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Wolf-Fang lands on the inside with an uppercut. Wolf-Fang lands with a short shot to the head. #BC# Wolf-Fang breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. A solid leg kick lands there for Wolf-Fang.

Figueroa throws a big shot that misses. Tung's corner calls for a 1-2. Tung obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Figueroa fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Tung looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Figueroa throws a combination that misses letting Tung counter with a right hand. Figueroa lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. This has been an exciting period of action! Figueroa lands with an uppercut that bounces Tung off the cage and back into range.#CUT#It looks like Daniel Tung has been cut. Wylde fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Biacolo. Biacolo throws a leg kick but Wylde sees it coming and checks it nicely. Wylde throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Biacolo's head.#CUT2# It looks like Julius Biacolo has been cut. Biacolo avoids the head kick by Wylde.

Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Carlton Lassiter (ranked 4761 p4p, 376 weight class) and Kristof Sienly (ranked 3621 p4p, 314 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Hilo, with a TWGC record of 6 wins and 3 losses; Carlton Lassiter! And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 0 losses; Kristof Sienly! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Sienly darts in and clinches Lassiter up against the ropes. Lassiter wants a takedown.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nikil Jr cracks Volkov with a solid left hand. Ragnarsson has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Juan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Ragnarsson fails in his attempt to clinch. I was talking to Ragnarsson's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Juan blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Sienly trying to control but Smith is working from the bottom. Sienly is pushing down on Smith's leg trying to pass to half guard. Smith is fighting to maintain full guard but Sienly has managed to sneak the leg through. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Sienly is looking to take a break and control but Smith is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Sienly is thwarting Smith's attempts to control the position.
