#R1# Murphy throws a looping overhand right but Evans ducks down to avoid it. #TD2# Murphy throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Evans tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Murphy is in Evans's guard. Murphy must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Evans is on top in guard.
#REVR# Evans might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Murphy thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Murphy looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Murphy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Evans. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Evans not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Evans trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sultan Evans. I think Evans has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
