No luck with that takedown attempt from Dietrich.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ross. Dietrich does a little dance to reset his feet.
Dietrich throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ross's waist but Ross gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dietrich off to one side.
Ross is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Ross rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dietrich moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Dietrich looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

James Ross spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
