Smith throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ross was covering up waiting for the punch and Smith finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.#SUB#
Smith has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Ross to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Smith is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Ross pulls down on the head and he's put Smith to sleep! This one is all over!

Kamali tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
Kamali is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Waldo Horton.
