#R1# Bones rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Man moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Man keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Onjay Bones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Man connects with a body shot. Man paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.#CL# Bones moves into the clinch. Bones tries for a takedown. No joy.
Bones is working for takedown but Man is calmly controlling the position for now. Man is trying to push Bones away but Bones has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bones tries for a takedown but Man manages to get underhooks.

He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Man for as long as he can get away with. Man appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. Man works the jab nicely. Man lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Bones closes the distance and clinches up with Man, looking for a takedown. Bones pushes Man against the cage but Man circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Man tries to counter by closing the distance. Bones is breathing heavily. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bones is defended easily by Man. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Yip Man dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! It will also be interesting to see what tactics Man uses from the top position. Bones wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. #T2# The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Bones just leaning against Man, taking a breather. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. #TD# Bones pulls guard effortlessly. Man wanted to stand there but Bones had control of the position. Bones controlling Man's posture. Bones lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVR# Bones is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.#T3# Bones stops Man from standing up. Man can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bones controls the pace. Man can't keep his opponent in guard - Bones advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Bones missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

#R1##TD# Bones Ii feints and as Serato raises his hands in defense, Bones Ii changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Bones Ii trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bones Ii really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Serato wants to sweep but no luck. Bones Ii knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Serato on the ground. Serato pulls Bones Ii in to control the position. Bones Ii throws a strike but Serato rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. #REVB# Serato is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Serato sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bones Ii's guard. Serato tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Bones Ii. #T1# Serato missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Bones Ii wants to get back to full guard. Bones Ii trying to hold on to Serato's head to control him but Serato postures up.
Bones Ii is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Serato is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Bones Ii tries to get to full guard but Serato has control of the leg. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T2# The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Bones Ii trying to control but Serato postures up.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Serato thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Bones Ii's head. That's better than Bones Ii was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Serato is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Bones Ii's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Serato keeping hold of Bones Ii's head, controlling as best he can. #T3# Bones Ii stops Serato from getting back to his feet.
Serato keeps control of the position for the meantime. Serato tries to kick Bones Ii off but Bones Ii keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Bones Ii will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Serato makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Serato.#SUB2# Bones Ii is posturing up here but Serato has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Bones Ii tries to roll out but it's too tight and Bones Ii has to tap! Slick submission there by Serato!
