#R1##TD# Meehan shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Spicy manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Meehan stands and throws Spicy's legs to the side, diving into side control. Spicy tries to bench press Meehan off him but Meehan keeps the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB# Meehan thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Meehan working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Spicy tries to buck Meehan off but Meehan is having none of it.#T1# Spicy is holding Meehan down, trying to stall. Spicy struggling a bit here. Meehan creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Spicy sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. #T2# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Spicy is looking for a sweep.#SU# Meehan decides to stand back up. Meehan misses with a head kick.
#TD# Meehan gets a takedown into half guard. Meehan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Spicy keeps working. Meehan throws a strike but Spicy avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Spicy is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Spicy is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. #T3# Meehan stopping the sweep attempt from Spicy. Meehan engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Spicy is pulling down on Meehan's head. Darren Meehan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Spicy throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Meehan. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Spicy is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Meehan to escape.

#R1##TD2# Morgan throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Brads was covering up waiting for the punch and Morgan finishes the takedown easily into guard. Morgan preventing the sweep. Morgan is looking to stand up but Brads won't let him. Brads managing to control the position. #SUB# Brads has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Morgan should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Brads has tightened it up now! Morgan should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

#R1# Whyte throws a hook to the side of English's head but English sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Whyte lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and English has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from English and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Whyte scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Whyte throws a head kick that misses. #CL2# Whyte darts in and clinches English up against the cage.#TD2# Whyte pulls guard effortlessly. #SUB2# Whyte looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Well Whyte has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. A combination from Morgan does no damage. Morgan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sampson is fending him off so far but Morgan persists. Nope, Sampson circles away and we're back to standing.#CL# Sampson has taken the fight to the clinch.
