In his post fight interview, Bugurt Bugurtov started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

Shvukmeh dives in for a single leg takedown but Bluth sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
It looked like Bluth was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Shvukmeh.

No joy there for Shvukmeh, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Horrible takedown attempt by Shvukmeh or perhaps it was just good defense by Bluth, which made it look bad.

Stark is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Bluth.
Oh Stark is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

No joy there for Bluth, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stark walks straight into a right hand from Bluth - that's dropped him! Bluth jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Stark from any more punishment! Stark complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). George Michael Bluth!
George Michael Bluth was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
