#R1# McGills takes a swing at Agatupu's ribcage but misses. Agatupu looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! McGills shoots for a double leg takedown but Agatupu sprawls well. He's pushed McGills's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. McGills shoots in and drives through. Agatupu sprawls well. Agatupu flicks out a counter leg kick but McGills steps away. McGills tries to clinch but Agatupu moves out of range. #TD# McGills shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Agatupu looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. McGills wants to stand up but Agatupu has a hold of him and won't allow it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McGills wants to control but Agatupu is keeping him busy. McGills wants to take a breather but Agatupu is having none of it. McGills slips a nice elbow through Agatupu's hands, connecting with Agatupu's forehead. McGills throws the kick towards the body but Agatupu avoids it. McGills tries to clinch up. McGills tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Agatupu paws at him with a jab and circles away. Agatupu with the counter takedown but McGills avoids it easily. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from McGills. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shane McGills. No, Agatupu has escaped the position, nice work there. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Agatupu blocking the ground and pound attempt from McGills. McGills is looking to take a break and control but Agatupu is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. #REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Agatupu keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Agatupu tries to counter by closing the distance. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Agatupu stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Agatupu wants it to stay on the feet. As McGills backs off Agatupu throws a huge counter combo but McGills manages to avoid it all. McGills dives in for a single leg takedown but Agatupu sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.#TD# McGills shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. McGills showed some decent athleticism there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Shane McGills will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. #R2# McGills fails to land the takedown. McGills darts in looking for a takedown but Agatupu gets double underhooks and turns McGills into the cage. McGills moves in looking to clinch but Agatupu pushes him off. McGills lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.#T2##SUB# McGills jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Agatupu manages to avoid the submission attempt. McGills taking a breather here. #SU# McGills has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Horrible takedown attempt by McGills or perhaps it was just good defense by Agatupu, which made it look bad. #T3# Agatupu fails miserably with a takedown attempt. McGills shoots in looking for a takedown but Agatupu manages to keep the fight standing, pushing McGills's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Agatupu with the counter takedown but McGills avoids it easily.#TD# McGills drives through with a takedown into Agatupu's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. McGills wants to control from the top but Agatupu keeps moving. McGills passes into half guard. #SU# McGills decides to stand and escape the position. #T4##CL# McGills darts in and clinches Agatupu up against the cage. McGills wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Agatupu has him pressed against the cage. Agatupu prevents McGills from breaking the clinch. McGills tries to pull guard but Agatupu won't allow it.
McGills jumps guard but Agatupu turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. #TD# McGills ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. McGills no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. McGills trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. McGills trying to keep a closed guard but Agatupu is proving a slippery customer.

The fighters are pinned against the cage. Agatupu manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Agatupu takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.#T1# Agatupu stuffs the takedown. A slapping leg kick lands for McGills.

Shane McGills overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! McGills thows a huge punch but Agatupu dodges it nicely.
Ian Agatupu has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! McGills is pressing down on Agatupu's thigh, looking to free his foot. Agatupu is holding on for now. Shane McGills is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. McGills lands a nice short elbow.
And that's the end of the fight! Shane McGills showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for McGills, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
