and Hugo counters with a lovely straight right hand! Hugo blocks the body kick.
Hugo takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Worthington throws a nice looking combination but Hugo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Hugo appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Worthington drops Hugo with a straight right hand, right on the button! Worthington follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.#SU# Dong stands up out of the half guard. Kagawa tries to clinch up but Dong circles away and keeps his distance. Kagawa is looking to clinch. Dong went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Kagawa is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#CL# Kagawa gets tackled into the cage by Dong. Dong maintains the clinch. Kagawa has Dong pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Dong manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Laurens fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Said. Said stuffs the takedown attempt from Laurens. Laurens gets slowly back to his feet. Said jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
#CUT2# It looks like Sam Laurens has been cut. Laurens pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Laurens ducks under a wild hook from Said. Laurens looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Laurens lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Laurens lands a high kick!

#R1# Miz throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Romero. Romero tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Miz manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Romero closes the distance but Miz moves to the side #TD2# and Miz counters with a nice double leg into side control. Romero won't be happy with that. Miz lands a nice forearm strike. #SU2# Miz stands up. #CL2# Miz closes the distance and pushes Romero back into the cage. Romero tries to work over Miz's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Miz controlling the action here for a moment.
#TD2# Miz pulls guard. Miz has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Romero missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Romero throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Romero knows he needs to get back to his feet asap.
