#TD2# and Hardcastle counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Jon is trying to keep Hardcastle in close.
Jon wants to sweep here but Hardcastle controlling him for the moment. #SU2# Hardcastle decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jon, up you get! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jon shoots in and drives through. Hardcastle sprawls well. Hardcastle unleashes a big counter combination but Jon bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.#CL# Jon clinches. Hardcastle should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.#TD# Jon has hold of one of Hardcastle's legs. #R1# Old misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
#CL2# Old darts in and clinches Pearson up against the cage.#TD2# Old turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Old manages to end up in side control. Pearson tries to bench press Old off him but Old keeps the position. #SUB2# Old is trying to get an arm triangle but Pearson is defending well. Pearson managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Old.

Old is bucking up trying to escape but Pearson cracks him with another couple of good strikes. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pearson lands a big shot there that rocks Old but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Pearson pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Old wants to control but Pearson is having none of it. Pearson lands a nice shot to the head. Pearson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Pearson is in the full mount, landing strikes. #SUB# Pearson quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Pearson but it's paid off an Old is forced to tap! Nice work by Pearson.
