Brock misses with a body kick.
Stone misses with a jab, cross combination.
Joe Stone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stone shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Brock pinned against the cage. Brock gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Stone, as that shot connected.

Stone has taken the fight to the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brock goes for a takedown in the clinch but Stone prevents it.
Stone works on Brock's body with a couple of short punches.
Brock has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Stone avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.#T1#
Brock is trying to pull guard but Stone has him pressed against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Walter Brock. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Brock tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Stone just stands there and leans against the cage.
Stone is pressed up against the cage. Brock has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Stone down to the mat. Stone avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Stone throws a series of punches but Brock avoids them all with ease.
Stone shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Brock sprawls well. Brock wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Stone gets slowly back to his feet.
Brock tries to counter by clinching up but Stone breaks away and moves out of range.
Stone tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Brock is able to avoid easily.
Stone connects with a body shot that sends Brock's belly button to the back.
Stone shoots for a double leg takedown but Brock sprawls well. He's pushed Stone's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. #KD2#
Stone sends Brock crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Stone is motioning to the referee to let Brock up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Brock defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Stone.
Brock is looking to counter the offense by Stone and move into the clinch.#T2#
No joy there for Stone, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stone fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Brock manages to avoid it.
Stone fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Brock misses with a few strikes there.

Brock breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Stone swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Stone steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Brock. That one must have hurt.#T3#
Stone throws a monster overhand right that drops Brock! Stone follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!

Stone shoots in looking for a takedown. Shaffer tries to sprawl out of it but Stone keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Shaffer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
As Stone looks to move away, Shaffer throws a big counter combo but Stone just gets out of the way.#CL2#
Stone darts in and clinches Shaffer up against the cage.
Stone keeps control of Shaffer as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Stone pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Shaffer drops his hands for a split second and Stone immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Shaffer face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Stone follows up with a right hand that knocks Shaffer into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
