Souza shoots in looking for a takedown. Lallukka tries to sprawl out of it but Souza keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lallukka manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lallukka tries to avoid it but Souza manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lallukka to the ground. Lallukka escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Lallukka throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Souza tries for a takedown but Lallukka circles away easily and Lallukka counters with a one-two to the body. Souza with a poor takedown and Lallukka counters with a head kick. Souza takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Souza. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Souza tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lallukka swats him away and circles back towards the center. Lallukka looks like he wants to counter punch here. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Souza takes a kick to the side of the head. Souza has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Lallukka. This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Souza might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far. Lallukka ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Lallukka lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Lallukka goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Lallukka throws a head kick but Souza moves out of range.

#R1# Driscoll walks into a stiff left hand from Brennan. Brennan wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Brennan connects with a body shot that sends Driscoll's belly button to the back. Brennan lands a right hook to the body.
Driscoll looks winded!#TD# Brennan gets the takedown into side control. Brennan controls the position.#SU# Brennan decides to stand back up. Brennan gets off balance looking for a body kick#TD2# so Driscoll counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. #ES# Brennan has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Driscoll off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nice uppercut there from Brennan.#T1# Brennan throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Driscoll colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Brennan as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Driscoll is left battered and dazed whilst Brennan and his camp cheer!

Souza looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Gensen wants to control for a moment but Souza uses the opportunity to move back to half guard. #SUB2# Souza looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.#SUB2# Souza is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Gensen pulls his head out easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Souza is looking to control Gensen's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Souza avoid being mounted?#T1# Gensen tries to pass the half guard into mount. Souza knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Souza trying to control but Gensen postures up.
Gensen is stalling here. Souza is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Gensen seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Souza has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Perez looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.#TD# Bernardeschi closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Bernardeschi just content to control the position. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#T1# Perez is not content to let Bernardeschi control the position. Bernardeschi controls the position from side control.#T2# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
