#R1# Flannigan has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Sisko. Flannigan takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. A kick lands to the mid section there for Sisko. Flannigan looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Flannigan takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Flannigan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sisko but Sisko pushes him off and we're back to square one. Sisko looks to land a body kick but Flannigan moved away. Flannigan goes for a double leg but Sisko avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Sisko continues to drive forward. Flannigan swings wildly with an uppercut but Sisko uses good head movement to avoid it. Sisko lands a shot to the body. Flannigan throws a punch but it's blocked by Sisko. #BC2# Sisko breaks the clinch.

No, Flannigan has managed to free his arm - good work. Sisko landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. And that is the end of the round. Kangasmaki fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Franco avoids it really well and circles away. Kangasmaki wants to clinch up but Franco keeps it at a distance. Franco was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Franco misses with a hook. Kangasmaki ducked under it nicely. Franco fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kangasmaki. Kangasmaki tries to clinch up. Franco stuffs the takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kangasmaki darts in looking for a takedown but Franco gets double underhooks and turns Kangasmaki into the cage. Frederick Allen Franco has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aki Kangasmaki. Franco goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

We've been told by Arroyo's head coaches at 3Band MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Nice uppercut there from Wan. Arroyo throws a quick inside leg kick. Arroyo throws the kick towards the body but Wan avoids it. Wan throws a jab but it's blocked by Arroyo. Wan scores with a jab to the body. Good exchange - Arroyo coming out on top. Arroyo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Arroyo shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A shot to the liver by Wan. That made a horrendous noise. Wan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Arroyo.

No joy there for Wan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
