We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Boyka has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Santana keeps control of Boyka as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. #TD# Santana lands a takedown into guard.
Boyka looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Santana trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Santana postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Lissington throws a leg kick but Kent sees it coming and checks it nicely. Kent seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.#CL2# Lissington clinches with his opponent.

Lissington is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Lissington is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Lissington has Kent pushed against the cage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Silva wants to control from the top but Mcneil keeps moving. Silva tries to free his leg and advance position but Mcneil is retaining full guard. Mcneil tries to land a sweep but no joy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Silva drops back, looking for a kneebar! Mcneil looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Mcneil looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Santana working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Gannon's head. Santana scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Gannon utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Gannon is on top in guard.

Gannon takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
And that's the end of the fight! Gregg Gannon comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Gannon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Mcbeth content to stall in guard here. Mcneil wants to get back to his feet but Mcbeth is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Mcbeth stopping the sweep attempt from Mcneil. Mcneil has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Mcbeth lands a couple of decent looking shots. Mcbeth is stalling in the full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mcbeth won't allow Mcneil to sweep him here. #SUB2# Mcbeth is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? That was a close round but I would say that Scot Santana will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Santana has Black pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown.
