#R1# Ambler will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Ambler looks for a takedown but Anagnos sprawls well. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Anagnos. Anagnos gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Ambler counters with a stiff right hand. #CUT# It looks like Methodios Anagnos has been cut. Anagnos fails with a takedown attempt. Anagnos looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Brian Ambler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Methodios Anagnos. Anagnos displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ambler. Anagnos dives in and grabs Ambler's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ambler pushes down on Anagnos's head and hops out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#CL2# Anagnos has closed the distance and engaged Ambler in a clinch.

#T2# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Ambler wants to control but Anagnos is keeping him busy. Methodios Anagnos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ambler leaves Anagnos with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Ambler stuffs the takedown. Anagnos misses with a takedown and Ambler counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Anagnos thinking. Brian Ambler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Methodios Anagnos. Ambler fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Anagnos avoids it really well and circles away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Anagnos is defended easily by Ambler. Ambler throws a sloppy head kick and Anagnos moves out of range easily. Ambler shoots in looking for a takedown. Anagnos tries to sprawl out of it but Ambler keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Anagnos manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Anagnos is breathing heavily. Anagnos wants to control from the top but Ambler keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. That was a close second round but I would say that Brian Ambler will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Methodios Anagnos's cut. OK. That's time! And that's the end of the fight! Brian Ambler showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ambler, winning every round. Will the judges agree? #R1# Mccarthy waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Ambler. Ambler was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Ambler slips a jab and a cross from Mccarthy.
Ambler wants to clinch. Mccarthy misses with a wild body shot. Ambler goes for a double leg but Mccarthy avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mccarthy continues to drive forward. Mccarthy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Mccarthy misses with a straight right. Mccarthy tests Ambler's chin there with a solid looking shot.#CUT# It looks like Cody Ambler has been cut. Mccarthy rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ambler moves out of range and avoids them all easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That's better than Ambler was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Mccarthy tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. Mccarthy wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Ambler breaks from Mccarthy's wrist control and lands an elbow. Mccarthy is in a horrible position here. Ambler smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.#SUB2# Ambler is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Mccarthy is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Mccarthy flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Ambler anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Mccarthy and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Ambler slips an arm under Mccarthy chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Ambler has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Ambler is squeezing on Mccarthy like an anaconda would it's prey. Mccarthy fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
