McGiggles tries to circle away but Noel has him pinned against the cage.#TD2# McGiggles decides to pull guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Noel preventing the sweep. Noel lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.#SUB# Noel thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. #T1# Noel throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as McGiggles works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Noel is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for McGiggles. McGiggles is looking for a sweep.#T2# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.#SUB# Noel is trying to get an arm triangle but McGiggles is defending well. #SUB# Noel is working to tighten his grip on McGiggles's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. McGiggles has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Noel is really squeezing tight and eventually McGiggles passes out! Noel breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gordon is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Ganbaatar controls the position from side control. Gordon tries to buck Ganbaatar off but Ganbaatar is having none of it. Gordon really is a fat lump. Gordon striking from the bottom but nothing landed.

That's big trouble for Gordon! Ganbaatar content just to control the position here. Gordon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.#T1# Ganbaatar avoids the attempt from Gordon to control. Noel goes for a double leg but Kulina avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Kulina continues to drive forward. Kulina misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Noel.

Sidorov controls from within his opponent's guard. Sidorov trying to control the position from guard on top but Noel is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Noel tries to land a sweep but no joy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Noel looking to control.
Sidorov controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Noel avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.#T1# Sidorov trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. #REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.#CL2# Sidorov closes the distance and pushes Noel back into the cage. Noel has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Sidorov after a bit of a struggle. Sidorov is trying to break free. Sidorov wants to break the clinch but can't.

Vladimir Sidorov dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. #R2# Sidorov lands a front kick. Sidorov looks to throw a body kick and Noel counters with a left and a right that stings Sidorov. #TD# Noel shoots in and bounces Sidorov off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.#SUB2# Sidorov working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Noel has passed into half guard!
#SUB# Noel is looking for a kimura but Sidorov is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Noel to get the leverage. #T1# Noel winds up and cracks Sidorov with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Sidorov wants to improve his position but Noel is controlling well.
Sidorov is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Noel jumps into side control! Sidorov tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Noel wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Sidorov takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Noel connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Sidorov some visible discomfort.

Noel with a poor takedown and Bogatov counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Noel off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Bogatov follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Noel was out before he hit the floor.

#R1# Miller is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Noel. Miller throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Noel counters with a two punch combo. Miller throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Horrible takedown attempt by Noel or perhaps it was just good defense by Miller, which made it look bad. As Noel backs off Miller throws a huge counter combo but Noel manages to avoid it all. Miller lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
#CUT2# It looks like Vaughn Noel has been cut. Noel with a lazy takedown attempt and Miller counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Miller stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Miller wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vaughn Noel. That's going to take a lot out of him. Noel shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Miller as he avoids it easily. Ivan Miller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Miller lands a nice looking body shot.
