Weathers keeps control of Lopez as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. #BC2# Weathers breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Lopez walks into a left hand. #CUT2# It looks like Juan Lopez has been cut. Weathers misses with an attempted mid kick.
Lopez seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Weathers scores with a nice body kick.

He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Love has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Alfredo is proving hard to escape from. Lopez fails with a takedown attempt.#CL2# Lopez gets a clinch. Reseke is trying to break the clinch but Lopez is controlling him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Reseke working hard to break the clinch. Reseke is looking to break free of the clinch but Lopez has double underhooks. Storm is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Alfredo is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. #BC2# Storm manages to break the clinch.
#TD2# Storm shoots in and gets a takedown into Alfredo's guard. Storm engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. #T4# Storm's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.#SU2# Storm decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Storm tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Alfredo defends well and Storm ends up having to push Alfredo into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Storm avoids the head kick by Alfredo.
The fight stays on the outside here - Alfredo looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Alfredo showed some decent athleticism there. #ES2# Storm kicks Alfredo off and gets back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. #SUB2# Storm has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Alfredo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Alfredo is fighting to break Storm's control of his arms but Storm is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Alfredo wants to control from the top but Storm keeps moving. Storm wants to get back to his feet but Alfredo is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Storm working a defensive guard here.
Storm has been the more effective fighter overall so far.#T2# A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Alfredo trying to control but Storm is working from the bottom. Storm throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

Storm swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Storm shoots in looking for a takedown but Alfredo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Storm's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Alfredo changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Alfredo throws a head kick that misses. Alfredo avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.#T3# Storm is not content to let Alfredo control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Storm wants to get back to full guard. Alfredo drops an elbow to the side of Storm's head. Storm is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Alfredo's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Alfredo's back! Alfredo looking very determined here, making life difficult for Storm.
