#R1# Putin gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Putin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jeffery but Jeffery pushes him off and we're back to square one. Jeffery feints the counter takedown. No joy there for Jeffery, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Putin takes one to the chin there.#KD2# Jeffery lands a left and a right that send Putin crashing to the mat, dazed. Jeffery thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC2# Putin is rocked! We've been hearing reports that Putin has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Putin fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Oh Putin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Jeffery jabs Putin to the body, keeping him at a distance. Putin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jeffery sprawls well. Jeffery wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Putin gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vladimir Putin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Putin tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Jeffery counters with a huge left! Putin is in big trouble! He's backing up but Jeffery isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Putin from any more damage. A dominating finish by Jeffery!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lord Jeffery! In his post fight interview, Lord Jeffery started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

#R1##KD2# Kjaer lands a big head kick that sends Takasugi tumbling to the mat! Kjaer takes a step backwards and waves Takasugi back to his feet - he wants the finish! Horrible takedown attempt by Takasugi or perhaps it was just good defense by Kjaer, which made it look bad. #CL# Takasugi closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Kjaer lands with a short punch from the clinch.
#KD2# Kjaer drops Takasugi with a big knee straight up the middle! Takasugi is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet! #ROC2# Takasugi is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Keisuke Takasugi has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.#CL# Takasugi gets a clinch. Oh Takasugi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Cada let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.#TD2# Cada shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Duran's guard. Duran wants to get back to his feet but Cada passes into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#REVR# Cada trying to control the action but Duran is working from the bottom. Cada might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Duran haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Duran is trying to stand up here but Cada is controlling him well. Duran knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cada on the ground. Cada wants to lay and pray for a moment but Duran keeps working. Duran is looking to improve his position.

White ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Daybutch moves away. Daybutch swats away the attempt to clinch by White. Daybutch ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Daybutch unleashes a big counter combination but White bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. White tries to clinch up enabling Daybutch to counter with a crisp jab. #CUT2# It looks like Royal White has been cut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Daybutch tries to bum rush White with a series of wild strikes but White uses good footwork to avoid the assault. White tries to clinch and Daybutch counters with a right, left combo that wobbles White badly! Daybutch follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks White out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Daybutch finished him against the ropes.
