We've been told by Raske's head coaches at Aspire Academy that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Supertramp throws a looping overhand right but Raske ducks down to avoid it. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Supertramp gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Willis's coach down at Vinny’s Gym *MLC sponsored gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Willis's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Willis slips under a jab. Willis is still on wobbly legs! Can Harris finish him? Willis chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Harris can pounce on him.

Nice body punch from Dover. Dover slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Dover takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kane lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Lambert backs up against the cage.
Lambert ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.#T1##TD# Kane gets the takedown into side control. #ES2# Lambert throws Kane to one side and escapes! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Kane tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Lambert defends well and Kane ends up having to push Lambert into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xavier Kane. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lambert throws a right hand that Kane ducks under and follows up with a left that Kane also avoids with ease. Lambert throws a quick inside leg kick. Kane has his takedown stuffed#CL2# and Lambert counters into the clinch. Nicely done. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lambert is trying to pull guard but Kane turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.#TD2# Lambert manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Kane throwing strikes but missing. #T2# Kane is looking to work some ground and pound but Lambert has wrist control. Kane is working Lambert over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Lambert manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kane manages to get himself to full guard.
#REVB# Lambert works over Kane with some ground and pound from guard. Lambert with a nice head shot there.#SUB# Kane escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lambert gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Lambert scoring with some ground and pound. #T3##SUB2# Lambert has gone for a leg lock! Kane slips out almost immediately though and dives into Lambert's guard.#REVR# Kane working some strikes from top position. Kane throws a big elbow that misses. Kane landing some decent shots from guard. Lambert preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Kane scoring with some ground and pound. Kane keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Lambert's head.#SU# Kane decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Kane tries to close the distance and clinch but Lambert swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Lambert tries for a takedown but Kane circles away easily#CL# and Kane moves into the clinch. Cedrick Lambert is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.#T4# Kane drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lambert gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Lambert lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Xavier Kane has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kane is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
And that's the end of the fight! Cedrick Lambert comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Lambert winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

#CUT2# It looks like Joe Cloy has been cut. Cloy shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Julyfeather scores with a counter punch that sends Cloy to the canvas! Julyfeather smells blood - he's punishing Cloy with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Cloy has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). George Julyfeather! George Julyfeather tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
