McFistface darts in trying to clinch and Frost counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Frost throws an uppercut from half a mile away. McFistface sees it coming and avoids it easily. McFistface throws a big counter combination but Frost scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. McFistface tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Frost scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. McFistface plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! This has been an exciting period of action! Frost missing with a left hand there. McFistface was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. McFistface throws a half hearted mid kick. McFistface steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Frost.#T1# McFistface is looking to clinch. #CL# McFistface fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Frost, pushing him back against the cage. McFistface drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Frost gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Kangas has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Kangas blocks a jab. Kangas misses with a hook. Gomez ducked under it nicely. Gomez throws a right hand that misses
and Kangas counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. A head kick from Kangas lands but Gomez takes it in his stride. Gomez throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Gomez throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kangas on the side of the head. Gomez looks to land a right hand but Kangas moved out of range. Gomez misses with a left hand and Kangas counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Kangas takes a swing at Gomez's ribcage but misses. Kangas takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Freud lands a decent elbow from side control. Rakotoarisoa is working to avoid the ground and pound but Freud connects with a decent elbow. Freud creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Rakotoarisoa sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Freud misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Rakotoarisoa bucks up and tries to throw Freud off but instead Freud has got his back! Freud misses with punches from the back. Freud is throwing strikes but Rakotoarisoa counters by rolling into a better position. After a scramble, Rakotoarisoa regains half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Freud thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Rakotoarisoa's head. Craven goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Craven throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Broadaxe's head. Broadaxe fails with the takedown and Craven counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Broadaxe is lucky that one didn't land flush. #ROC#Broadaxe is rocked! Broadaxe gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Craven gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

and Fang counters with a slapping leg kick. Donk. Fang catches Yarmalenko right on the button with a cross. Fang swings and misses with a shot to the body and Yarmalenko counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Yarmalenko avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Fang is looking to chop away at Yarmalenko's legs. #CL2# Fang takes the fight into the clinch. Fang misses with a hook from the clinch. Fang misses with a punch to the body.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Yarmalenko. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Fang lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Fang fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Fang appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Yarmalenko walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Fang thows a leg kick but Yarmalenko checks it and Yarmalenko counters with a nice leg kick. A slow jab from Fang misses its intended target. Yarmalenko takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Xue Fang seems to be getting the better of the standup. Fang connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Fang jabs Yarmalenko to the body, keeping him at a distance.#T2# Yarmalenko goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. This has been an exciting period of action! Fang looks to score with a jab to the body but Yarmalenko is just out of range. Fang drops Yarmalenko with a naaaaasty hook - Yarmalenko is in real trouble here! Fang dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
