Sato unleashes a big counter combination but Mason bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.#TD2# Sato darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Mason is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Sato's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Sato's back! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Mason looking to break Sato's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Sato remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Mason will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Drax's guard. Evans not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Evans throws a strike but Drax rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. #REVB# Evans controlling the position. Evans really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Drax throws a big right hand that misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Drax wants to control from the top but Evans keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Drax tries to free his leg and advance position but Evans is retaining full guard. Dunbai avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. #SUB2# Dunbai working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mason doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mason manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Tyler fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Dean Mason has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robin Tyler. Tyler closes the distance and clinches up with Mason, looking for a takedown. Tyler pushes Mason against the cage but Mason circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Mason displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Tyler. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Awe stuns Patterson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Patterson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Awe pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Patterson back to the cage. Awe follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Awe fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Ajala Awe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nice body punch from Awe. #T1# Awe throws out a powerful jab. No luck with that takedown attempt from Patterson.
