#TD# Berg scores with a takedown into Lister's guard. Berg sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lister's guard. #SUB# Berg is working for a kimura but Lister is defending it quite comfortably.
Lister on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lister wants to control but Berg is keeping busy and won't allow it. Berg moves into full mount! Lister won't be happy about that! Berg lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.#T1# Berg takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Berg lands a couple of good shots and Lister has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Lister looks winded! Berg lands an elbow to the side of the head. Berg is not going to allow Lister to sit and survive in this position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB# Berg working for the choke. Berg controlling well, preventing Lister from escaping the position.

The Beast misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.#TD# The Beast gets a takedown into half guard. Jardine pushes The Beast off looking to stand but The Beast dives back in and keeps control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The Beast is thwarting Jardine's attempts to control the position.#ES2# Jardine makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!#TD# The Beast fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jardine sprawls well initially but The Beast persists and gets the takedown into half guard. #T1# The Beast tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jardine knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. #SUB# The Beast is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jardine doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time The Beast. The Beast stops Jardine from getting back to his feet.

The Beast manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. The Beast lands a couple of digs. The Beast trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! #T2# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. The Beast is controlling Jardine's posture. Jardine controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Jardine postures up.
Jardine keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of The Beast's head. The Beast on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if The Beast tries to get out of the position. Jardine trying to control the position from guard on top but The Beast is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The Beast not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Gadelha might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Gadelha is looking for a sweep. Sanchez is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.#SUB# Gadelha looking for submissions off his back. The fighters are battling for position here. Gadelha manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Sanchez looks winded!#SUB# Gadelha pushes a forearm under Sanchez's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? #R1# Lesnar looks for a takedown but Fraser sprawls well.#CL2# Fraser takes the fight into the clinch. Fraser has had enough of the clinch but Lesnar keeps him there for the moment. Lesnar is trying to pull guard but Fraser has him pressed against the cage.#TD# Lesnar pulls guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Lesnar keeping full guard, as Fraser tries to pass. Lesnar throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fraser is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Fraser accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. #T1# Fraser loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Fraser might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Lesnar haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Fraser not doing much here.

Woodley is looking to work some ground and pound but Hankey has wrist control. Hankey is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Woodley must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Lister has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Lister dives in for a single leg takedown but Rodriguez sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Lister fails to land the takedown. The fight stays on the outside here - Lister looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Nice body punch from Rodriguez. Rodriguez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lister moves out of range and avoids them all easily. No luck for Lister with that takedown attempt. Mark Rodriguez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dean Lister. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eighteen looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Eighteen is not content to let Sanchez control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee asks Sanchez politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Sanchez prefers to stall for the moment though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eighteen is looking for a sweep.#T1# Sanchez just content to control the position. #SUB2# Sanchez tries for a kimura but Eighteen is defending well. Jardine tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Chiasson has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Chiasson content just to control the position here. #SUB2# Chiasson is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Jardine is forced to tap! Great finish!

#R1# A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sanchez is defended easily by Fodetudo. Fodetudo appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Sanchez throws a wild body kick that Fodetudo sees coming a mile off. Sanchez tries to clinch enabling Fodetudo to counter with a crisp jab. Sanchez shoots in but Fodetudo avoids the takedown attempt easily. Fodetudo let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Sanchez fails to land the takedown. It seemed like Fodetudo was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Diego Sanchez. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sanchez fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fodetudo avoids it really well and circles away.#T1# Sanchez is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fodetudo smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Fodetudo avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Fodetudo follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Sanchez looks absolutely devastated.

#R1# Nice sprawl there from Lesnar as Gilbert shoots in.#TD2# Lesnar fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Gilbert sprawls well initially but Lesnar persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Gilbert scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Lesnar manages to mount him!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Lesnar softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Gilbert is out cold! Lesnar jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!

That was a close round but I would say that Derek Jacobs will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Derek Jacobs's cut. Lister changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Grant tries to avoid it but Lister manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Grant to the ground. Grant escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Grant tries to counter by clinching up but Lister breaks away and moves out of range. Lister throws a lazy head kick and Grant counters with a left to the body. Grant tries for a takedown but Lister sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Grant fails with a takedown attempt from distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kenton Grant. That's going to take a lot out of him.
