Devron wants to get back to striking at distance but Simms won't allow it.
Devron is trying to push Simms away but Simms has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Simms tries for a takedown but Devron manages to get underhooks.

Simms should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Simms manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Devron on his heels. He'll look to pass Devron's guard now, I'm sure.
Devron is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Simms is controlling him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Devron makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Devron lands a left and a right that send Simms crashing to the mat, dazed. Devron thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC#

Devron connects with a right that clearly hurt Simms. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Devron proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Simms collapses and taps out under the pressure!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Johnson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Johnson lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Savage quite badly. Savage pulls Johnson in close trying to recover. Johnson postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Savage on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Savage doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
