Hendersson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Randall paws at him with a jab and circles away. Hendersson throws a combination. Randall tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Hendersson tries to clinch there but Randall circles away.

#TD2# Randall closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Randall working the head with strikes. #SUB2# Randall is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hendersson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Randall working the body and head with strikes. Hendersson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Randall on the ground. Randall has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Randall passes Hendersson's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Randall takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Hendersson is breathing heavily.#T2# Randall is controlling the pace.
Randall frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Randall takes a little breather and maintains the position. Randall lands a big shot there that rocks Hendersson but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Randall shoots in for a takedown but Hendersson shows good takedown defense. #TD2# Randall shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Hendersson napping and manages to drive through into side control! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Randall looks up at the clock and then as Hendersson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Randall smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Hendersson can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Mendez is looking to take this one to the mat.#TD# Randall jumps guard.
Mendez trying to control but Randall is working from the bottom. Mendez in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Mendez works over Randall with some ground and pound from guard. Randall looking for a sweep. Not yet Randall, not yet. #SU2# Mendez stands up and waves to Randall to follow him. #CL2# Mendez moves into the clinch. Randall tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. #CL# Randall moves into range and clinches up with Mendez. Mendez is looking to control Randall's arms but Randall gets an underhook and turns him. Now Mendez has his back to the cage. #T4# Randall throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Mendez blocks it with crossed arms. Randall is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Mendez to keep the fight standing.#TD2# Mendez is trying to trip Randall. He has hold of a leg but Randall is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Mendez persists though and gets the takedown into guard. A little jabbing left from Mendez on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Randall tries a head kick but it misses.

Randall thows a leg kick but Mendez checks it and Mendez counters with a straight right hand. Mendez tries to close the distance and clinch but Randall swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Randall avoids a kick to the body.

Mendez wants to counter the offense by Randall and move into the clinch position. Mendez swats away the attempt to clinch by Randall. Randall does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. #T2# Mendez leaves Randall with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Decent striking displayed by Mendez there. Randall tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Mendez is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. Mendez misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

and Livre connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.#CUT# It looks like Cain Bombardo has been cut. Livre on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Bombardo. Bombardo obviously looking to wear him down.
Livre definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Livre lands with a straight right. Bombardo didn't see that one coming. Cain Bombardo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#CL2# Bombardo has taken the fight to the clinch.

It looked like Livre was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Bombardo. Livre is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. A jab from Livre finds it's way through Bombardo's defenses. Bombardo walks into a jab. Yggdrasil Livre is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Bombardo throws a sloppy head kick enabling Livre to counter with a crisp jab. #ROC# Bombardo is rocked! Bombardo swings widly with a right hand
and Livre rattles Bombardo with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Bombardo tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Livre dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Bombardo stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Yggdrasil Livre! In his post fight interview, Yggdrasil Livre started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

#R1# Brown takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.#CUT# It looks like Cain Bombardo has been cut. Bombardo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Brown as he jumps to the side. Brown went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Bombardo throws a head kick that misses. A big right followed by a crushing left from Brown knocks Bombardo out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Adam Brown! A very excited looking Adam Brown made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

Randall shoots in looking for a takedown. Mendez tries to sprawl out of it but Randall keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mendez manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Brown looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Po lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Po tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Brown paws at him with a jab and circles away. Jab, jab by Brown - just one landing. Po has his head snapped back a nice jab.
