Green is fighting the takedown attempt but Harrell gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Harrell missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. #SUB# Harrell is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Green is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Green has escaped and now he's on top! #REVB# Green lands a couple of decent looking shots. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That was a close round but I would say that Wayne Harrell will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. #T2# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Green has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Harrell is working away from the top position though. Harrell throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Green tries to roll over but Harrell keeps him under control. Harrell uses his free foot to push down on Green's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Green. Green is bucking up trying to escape but Harrell cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Green holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Harrell tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Vance controls Kovacs momentarily but Kovacs frees himself. Kovacs really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vance. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Vance tries to land a sweep but no joy. Kovacs is taking a break and basically stalling. Kovacs is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Kovacs gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Kovacs gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Kovacs apologises and we restart here on the feet.
