#R1# Fromm ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. A looping hook to the body misses from Fromm. Guse does a little dance to reset his feet. We've been told by Guse's head coaches at Rowdy's that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Fromm keeps Guse at a distance using the push kick. Fromm takes a swing at Guse's ribcage but misses. Fromm scores with a head kick.
#CUT2# It looks like JP Guse has been cut. Guse moves into range and connects with a jab. A big right from Fromm misses. Guse circles away from the clinch attempt.
#KD2# Fromm connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Guse to the floor! Fromm dives in looking for the finish! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Fromm wants to get back to his feet.
Fromm is looking to take a break and control but Guse is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. #T1# Guse moves into full guard.
Fromm throwing strikes but missing. Fromm throwing strikes from guard but Guse blocks nicely. Guse pulls Fromm in close to his closed guard and prevents Fromm from doing any damage or advancing position. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.#T2# My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Fromm tests Guse's chin there with a solid looking shot. Fromm drops his hands momentarily and Guse takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Fromm thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Guse if he has to take too many more of those.

#KD2# and Fromm counters with a head kick that drops Guse! #CUT2# JP Guse's cut is getting worse. Fromm wants to control from the top but Guse keeps moving. #SU2# Fromm gets to his feet - Guse follows without any prompting. #T3# Fromm feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Guse's calf. Guse jabs Fromm right on the nose. Fromm blinks but takes it well. Fromm throws a quick head kick that knocks Guse silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Fromm is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Steven Fromm! In his post fight interview, Steven Fromm started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception. JP Guse was interviewed post fight and said 'I got a lot of 'splaining to do'.

#R1# McSwag doesn't succeed with the takedown and Guse counters with a straight right hand. Guse looks to land a left hand but McSwag moved out of range nicely. A decent looking cross lands there for Guse. McSwag doesn't manage to clinch there - Guse circles away.
A countering left hand to the body from Guse misses.#KD2# Guse lands a big right hand that sends McSwag crashing to the mat! Guse stays standing though and waves McSwag back to his feet!#ROC2# McSwag is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Guse engages and cracks McSwag with a massive lead left hook - McSwag tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Guse is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). JP Guse! Our winner, JP Guse, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.

#R1# Weiss takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
#CUT2# It looks like Malcom Weiss has been cut.#CL2# Guse closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Guse throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Weisss head. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Weiss looking to slow down the pace here. Guse throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Weisss head. A short right hand to the side of the head by Guse.#ROC2# Weiss is rocked! Guse unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Weiss! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Guse is unloading with more strikes now! Weiss drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

Shaw stays standing though and waves Sweet back to his feet!#ROC2# Sweet is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Vito Sweet has been cut. Sweet walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Shaw! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
