Strange should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Strange looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Alimi listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Alimi lands with a nice body punch. Alimi lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Alimi throws a shot to the body.

Page lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Page lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Page lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Strange backwards. Strange's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! A short left from Page. Nice body punch from Page - that landed with a thud.
Page definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A right hook to the body lands for Page.

#R1# A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Darvey. Darvey misses with a takedown attempt - Boon sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Boon misses with a wild combination.
Darvey attempts a counter takedown but Boon avoids it well and moves away. Boon has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Darvey does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Boon lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Boon tries to bum rush Darvey with a series of wild strikes but Darvey uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Darvey shoots for a double leg takedown but Boon sprawls well. He's pushed Darvey's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harvey Darvey. That's going to take a lot out of him. Boon fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Strange is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Chief to escape.

Colde drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Haymon defends it well. Haymon throws a hook to the side of Colde's head but Colde sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Haymon seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Colde needs to keep his hands up - Haymon had a free shot at his head there.#KD# Haymon lands a big right hand that sends Colde crashing to the mat! Haymon stays standing though and waves Colde back to his feet!#ROC# Colde is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Haymon thuds a left hand into Colde's body. Colde is still on wobbly legs! Can Haymon finish him? A swing and a miss from Haymon. Colde seems to have recovered his senses. Haymon flashes Colde a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Colde's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Colde crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Haymon punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Chief takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. De La Romana fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Boon avoids it really well and circles away. Boon has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hector De La Romana. That's going to take a lot out of him. De La Romana takes one to the chin there.
