Hadley uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Asmundsen.
Asmundsen looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Hadley fails with a takedown attempt from distance.#TD# Asmundsen shoots in and gets a takedown into Hadley's guard. Hadley wants to get back to his feet but Asmundsen is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Asmundsen content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Asmundsen advances position into side control! Asmundsen trying to control the position but Hadley is working away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rocko lands a really nice looking cross but Hadley seems unphased.
Hadley throws a solid leg kick but Rocko takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Hadley. Hadley closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rocko circles away. Hadley shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Rocko throws a shot from downtown. Hadley moves away and avoids it. Crunch! Rocko slams his shin into Hadley's torso.#CL# Hadley gets in close and instigates a clinch. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Khavari looks like he wants to counter punch here. A cross from Khavari lands. Hadley drops his hands momentarily and Khavari takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Khavari displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hadley throws out the jab. Khavari has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Hadley needs to keep his hands up - Khavari had a free shot at his head there.#ROC2# Hadley is rocked! Hadley will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. No, Bebe has escaped the position, nice work there. Skywalker trying to control the action but Bebe is working from the bottom. #SUB2# Skywalker tries for a kimura but Bebe is defending well. Bebe gets back to half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bebe trying to hold on to Skywalker's head to control him but Skywalker postures up.
Bebe has his hands clasped together around Skywalker's back. He's all about the action. Bebe's coaches at Colossus Gym have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.#T1# Skywalker is thwarting Bebe's attempts to control the position. Bebe avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Skywalker. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Skywalker working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.#SUB# Bebe has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Skywalker. Oh but Bebe has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Skywalker goes limp - he's gone! Bebe jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
