#R1##TD# Korpela fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Allan sprawls well initially but Korpela persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Korpela has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Korpela content just to control the position here. Korpela has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Allan is looking to get to half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Allan tries to hold on but Korpela postures up. Allan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Korpela. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Korpela lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.#T1##SUB# Korpela is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Allan is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Allan flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Korpela anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Allan and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Korpela slips an arm under Allan chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Korpela has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Korpela is squeezing on Allan like an anaconda would it's prey. Allan fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

#R1##TD# Barra shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Barra showed some decent athleticism there. Starling regains full guard. Nicely done. Barra trying to control the position from guard on top but Starling is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. #SU# Barra gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. #CL2# Starling rushes Barra and presses him up against the cage. Starling tries to pull guard but Barra holds him up against the cage and eventually Starling drops back down to his feet.
Barra jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Starling walks away with a smile on his face. Barra gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD# Starling gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Barra to score an easy takedown into full guard. Starling bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Barra's guard. #REVB##T1##SUB# Barra looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Starling has picked Barra up and slammed him! Barra can't keep hold of the triangle and Starling manages to pass to side control! Starling trying to control the action but Barra is working from the bottom. Starling just content to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Starling working away.#SU2# Starling decides to stand up, so the ref orders Barra to his feet. Barra displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Starling. #T2# Starling fails miserably with a takedown attempt. A quick step to the side and Barra tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Lucas Barra has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jackson Starling. Barra looks for a takedown but Starling sprawls well. Barra fails with the takedown. Nice sprawl there from Starling as Barra shoots in.#TD# Barra looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Barra is breathing heavily. Barra wants to control but Starling is keeping him busy. Starling preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. #T3##SUB2# Starling looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Barra seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Starling does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Starling wants to get back to full guard. Barra takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Starling desperately trying to maintain half guard. #REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Starling moves in looking to clinch but Barra pushes him off. Starling keeps the fight on the outside.#T4# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Starling shoots in and drives through. Barra sprawls well. Barra throws a sloppy head kick and Starling moves out of range easily. #TD# Barra scores with a takedown into Starling's guard. Starling keeping moving, preventing Barra from controlling successfully. Starling is trying to control the position but Barra postures up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Barra looking to pass the guard. Barra postures up in Starling's guard and throws a big left but Starling blocks it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Lucas Barra will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! #R2# Barra is looking to take this fight into the clinch.#KD# Barra lands a left and a right that send Starling crashing to the mat, dazed. Barra thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC# Starling is rocked!#CUT# It looks like Jackson Starling has been cut.#TD# Barra shoots in for a takedown. Oh, that's a huge slam! Starling is on queer street and Barra is pounding down on him with a barage of strikes. The ref is forced to step in and stop the fight. Great finish!
