We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Norling tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ortiz swats him away and circles back towards the center.
We've been told by Norling's head coaches at Valentinas Darlings that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Ortiz takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.#CUT#It looks like Carter Ortiz has been cut.
Norling rushes Ortiz and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Ortiz is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Norling piles on the pressure and Ortiz crumples to the floor! This one is all over!

After the fight, Nils Norling was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
