#CL2# King takes the fight into the clinch. #BC# Pruitt escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
#TD2# King scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. King trying to control the position but Pruitt is working away. Pruitt tries to improve position but can't. King is looking to take a break and control but Pruitt is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. #SUB2# King goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Pruitt has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for King but great work by Pruitt. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! King wants to control but Pruitt postures up.#SUB# Pruitt is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but King is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. #T1# King is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Pruitt's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. King is trying to control but can't.
Pruitt prevents King from improving his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB# Pruitt is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and King defends it well. #T2# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Pruitt blocks the strikes from King.
King wants to get back to full guard. King trying to control but Pruitt postures up.
Pruitt slips a nice elbow through King's hands, connecting with King's forehead. King wants to improve his position but Pruitt is controlling well.
King is looking to control Pruitt's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can King avoid being mounted?#T3# Pruitt working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Pruitt is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. #T4# Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.#SUB# Pruitt is working for a kimura but King is defending it quite comfortably.
King flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
#REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! King tries to clinch but Pruitt moves away #TD# and Pruitt counters with a nice double leg into half guard. King pushes Pruitt off but Pruitt dives into side control.

Filiberto Pruitt dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! #R2##CL# Pruitt moves into range and clinches up with King. A frustrated look appears on Pruitt's face as he tries to break the clinch. #TD2# King decides to pull guard. Pruitt cracks King with a solid left hand. King is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Pruitt throwing strikes from guard but King blocks nicely. King tries to land a sweep but no joy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pruitt throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as King works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Pruitt lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.#T1# King manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Pruitt manages to get himself to full guard.
#REVB# King throws a strike but Pruitt rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. #REVR##SUB2# King looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
King is breathing heavily. King is trying to hold Pruitt in close to prevent damage but Pruitt has managed to pass into half guard.

Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Pruitt looks up at the clock and then as King takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Pruitt smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
#SUB# Pruitt is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. King knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Pruitt working the body and head with strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pruitt in side control lands a decent elbow. #T4# Pruitt lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear King down.

King manages to get back to half guard. King on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. King tries to kick Pruitt off in order to stand up. Pruitt Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round.
