Smith connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Anjos's hands. Anjos tries to clinch up but Smith circles away and keeps his distance. A swing and a miss from Anjos. Anjos missing with a left hand there. Smith was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Anjos tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Smith manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Anjos tries to clinch up. Anjos tries to clinch but Smith is having none of it. Smith misses with a wild combination.
