We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ulatov scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Maul pushes Ulatov off looking to stand but Ulatov dives back in and keeps control.

Wolf shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Robinson pinned against the cage. Robinson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Wolf has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.#TD# Wolf fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hadley Jr tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Maul defends well and Hadley Jr ends up having to push Maul into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Maul lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hadley Jr circles away quickly and effectively. Maul throws a series of strikes that have Hadley Jr backpedaling.

Hadley Jr's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Hadley Jr was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Simmons tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Robinson is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Simmons buckles badly as his eyes roll back.
