Ho lands with a short head shot on the inside. Ho working some nice short punches in the clinch. A right hook to the body lands for Ho.
#TD2# Ho has Buckley pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Ho pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Buckley tumbling to the mat - Ho dives into Buckley's guard. Ho prevents Buckley from getting back to his feet. Ho tries to stand but Buckley is controlling from the bottom. Buckley is looking to stand up but Ho isn't so interested in that idea. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ho would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. #T1# Ho wants to stand and escape but instead Buckley has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. #REVR# Buckley wants to control from the top but Ho keeps moving. #SUB# Buckley is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Andolini lands with a left to the head. Andolini lands with a light punch inside. A short right from Andolini on the inside. #BC2# Andolini manages to break the clinch.
Andolini misses with a shot to the body and Kidd counters with a right hand to the body. Andolini misses with a looping left. Kidd throwing a counter right hand but Andolini manages to avoid it. A nice leg kick from Andolini, right into the meat of the thigh.
Kidd ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. A nice combination there by Kidd.
This has been an exciting period of action! Kidd scores with a crisp jab that stopped Andolini in his tracks. Andolini just misses with a punch to the body.

Andolini's coach down at ubergym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Andolini's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.#T1# Kidd tries to clinch up. Andolini misses with a kick to the body and Kidd counters with a two punch combo. Kidd throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Andolini on the side of the head. Kidd catches Andolini with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Andolini throws a shot from downtown. Kidd moves away and avoids it. Kidd has been working on his boxing with his coaches at 3Band MMA in the buildup to the fight. Decent striking displayed by Andolini there.#ROC2#Kidd is rocked! St Pierre throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
St Pierre has been working on his boxing with his coaches at 3Band MMA in the buildup to the fight. Capot has his takedown stuffed and St Pierre counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. St Pierre scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Capot with a poor takedown and St Pierre counters with a right hand to the body. Capot tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but St Pierre defends well and Capot ends up having to push St Pierre into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Quinton St Pierre has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Capot. Capot with a poor takedown and St Pierre counters with a one-two to the body. Pereira was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Jarko Soumalainen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pereira lands a jab to Soumalainen's midsection. A low kick from Soumalainen misses and Pereira counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Soumalainen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pereira moves away. Soumalainen throws a lazy head kick and Pereira counters with a lovely shot to the body. Soumalainen takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Soumalainen throws a front kick that sends Pereira stumbling back into the cage. Pereira throws a series of punches but Soumalainen avoids them all with ease. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Pereira misses with a straight right. Soumalainen buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Miocic gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Kingston counters with a nice uppercut. #CUT#It looks like Jon Miocic has been cut. A head kick by Miocic misses and Kingston scores with a counter punch that sends Miocic to the canvas! Kingston smells blood - he's punishing Miocic with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Miocic has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
