#R1# Allin thuds a left hand into Rice's body. Rice tries to clinch there but Allin circles away.
Rice takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
#CUT2# It looks like Ike Rice has been cut. Allin misses with the combination.
Rice tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Allin manages to circle out of the way. Rice misses with a straight right. Rice misses with a body shot.
#TD2# Allin fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Rice sprawls well initially but Allin persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Allin is trying to control the action in half guard but Rice is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Rice could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. The fighters are battling for position here. Rice manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Rice keeping moving, preventing Allin from controlling successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB# Rice is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rice wants to sweep here but Allin controlling him for the moment. #T1##SUB# Allin avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Rice lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVR##SUB2# Allin is looking for a triangle but Rice pushes his legs off easily.
Rice in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Allin is trying to control the position from the bottom.

He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Allin looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Rice won't allow Allin to get back to his feet. Rice has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Rice doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rice manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Allin controls Rice momentarily but Rice frees himself. Rice landing some decent shots from guard. Rice postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. #SUB2# Allin throws his legs up looking for a submission but Rice uses it to pass to side control.
#T4# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Allin tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Rice wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Rice cracks Allin with a big elbow. Rice trying to control the action but Allin is working from the bottom. Rice working away. Allin looks winded! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Rice working the ground and pound. Rice working the body and head with strikes. Rice grinds an elbow into Allin's temple. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Let's get back to the scrappin! #R2##TD2# Allin throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Rice tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Allin is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Rice tries to pull guard but Allin holds him up against the cage and eventually Rice drops back down to his feet.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD2# Allin decides to pull guard. Rice is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Rice landing some decent shots from guard. #T1# Rice makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Rice trying to control but Allin is working from the bottom. Rice postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Rice lands a couple of elbows. #T2# Rice lands a nice forearm strike. #ROC# Allin is rocked! Rice cracks Allin with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Rice immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Allin is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Rice!
