Allin fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Rice sprawls well initially but Allin persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Allin is trying to control the action in half guard but Rice is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Rice could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The fighters are battling for position here. Rice manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Rice cracks Allin with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Rice immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Allin is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Rice!
