#SUB# Masson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Slam is trying to control the position but Masson postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Slam is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. It's a sloppy attempt though and Slam jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
And that's the end of the fight! Choke Slam comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Slam has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. #R1##KD# Rearden lands a left and a right that send Zaidi crashing to the mat, dazed. Rearden thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#CUT# It looks like Mohsin Zaidi has been cut. Rearden moves out of range of the body kick from Zaidi.
Rearden misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Rearden looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Rearden rushes Zaidi with punches - Zaidi moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Zaidi goes down! Rearden follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!

#TD2# so Machado counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Machado stops Campana from standing up. Machado controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Campana knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Machado on the ground. Campana is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Machado is controlling him. Machado is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Campana wants to stand and escape but Machado is having none of it. #SU2# Machado decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Campana throws a right and a left that both miss. Machado with the counter takedown but Campana avoids it easily.#TD2# Machado changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Campana looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. This has been an exciting period of action!#SUB2# Machado is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. That was a close round but I would say that Rigoberto Vargas will probably get the nod. #R1##TD2# Barrera scores with a takedown into Sears's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Barrera stopping the sweep attempt from Sears. Barrera with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Barrera is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Barrera slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.#SUB2# Barrera working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Sears really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Barrera controls the position. #R1# Campana lands with a nice combination. Gotch backs away looking to recover.#CUT# It looks like Karl Gotch has been cut. Campana scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Campana scores with a three punch combo!
Campana goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Campana moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. This has been an exciting period of action! A solid leg kick lands there for Campana.
Campana dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gotch. That did some damage! Gotch takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.#TD2# A momentary lapse in concentration from Campana enables Gotch to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Campana manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Gotch passes into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gotch takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Gotch stops Campana from getting back to his feet.

#CL2# Gotch closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Campana is pressed up against the cage. Gotch has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Campana down to the mat. Campana avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. #TD2# A momentary lapse in concentration from Campana enables Gotch to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Campana manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. This has been an exciting period of action! Campana wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Gotch manages to pass to side control. Gotch seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Campana is trying to stand.
