Woods prevents Henry from improving his position. Woods throwing shots but Henry is blocking nicely. Henry regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Woods. Henry will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Woods seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Henry is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Woods is aware though and is defending well. He's throwing a few small shots here, to keep his opponent honest. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Henry here at all. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Woods with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Ali Jr has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Henry is landing a low percentage of strikes. Ali Jr throws a right and a left that Henry avoids nicely. Ali Jr throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Gracie darts in trying to clinch and Henry counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Gracie tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Henry defends well and Gracie ends up having to push Henry into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. No joy there for Gracie, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fonseca throws a strike but Gregory rolls with it and manages to sweep.
