It looked like Povinho was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.#TD# Povinho shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. #SUB# Povinho thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Dormier preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Povinho tries to free his leg and advance position but Dormier is retaining full guard. Dormier being controlled here, momentarily. Povinho trying to control the position from guard on top but Dormier is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. You can see the frustration on Dormier's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Dormier pushes Povinho away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Povinho gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Povinho trying to control the position but Dormier is working away. Ze Povinho has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dormier is trying to buck Povinho off. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Luft leaves Das Couves with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.#CL# Luft closes the distance and clinches. Luft lands a body punch in the clinch. Luft lands a nice uppercut. Luft lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Luft lands a nice uppercut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Luft scores with a nice hook to the head. Luft lands a nice uppercut. A right hand to the body from Luft.
